RFP - Pest Control Services

The Holyoke Housing Authority is seeking proposals from qualified offerors to provide pest control services following Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles across all residential, administrative, and related HHA facilities for a two-year term. The properties include high-rise buildings, family developments, and scattered sites, totaling nearly 840 units. The services should be provided in accordance with the IPM principles, and the offeror should have experience in providing similar services. The proposal should include a detailed description of the services to be provided, the methodology, and the pricing.
