This solicitation is a Request for Offers (RFO) for a June 2026 equipment‑only consolidation of high‑tech medical imaging and diagnostic devices for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Only vendors that currently hold a VA High‑Tech Medical Equipment (HTME) contract or a DLA‑TS contract may submit offers. The award will be issued as delivery orders under existing contracts, with pricing required at the individual part‑number level, multi‑unit discount schedules, and separate trade‑in valuations. Offerors must provide extensive documentation (VA 6550 Appendix A, product brochures, CAD drawings, FIPS‑140‑2 certifications, MDS2, OS support plans, etc.) and follow a strict folder‑structure and naming convention for electronic submission via VA Box.
