Gladden Park Surveillance System Wiring & Installation Project

The City of St. Petersburg is seeking a vendor to wire and install a City-furnished surveillance system at the Gladden Park Recreation Center. The project includes cabling and installation for 33 surveillance cameras, 7 wireless access points, and 2 additional data drops. The vendor must provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, documentation, supervision, and replacement parts necessary to complete the project. The City will provide all surveillance system components unless otherwise noted. Key responsibilities include verifying site conditions, installing and commissioning the surveillance system, complying with applicable codes and safety regulations, and ensuring all systems are properly integrated and functional. • The vendor must have at least two years of experience wiring and installing IP surveillance equipment. • The vendor must be a Certified Alarm Systems Contractor I or II. • The vendor must have the ability to obtain the minimum insurance requirements set forth in the agreement. • The vendor must be free from legal and regulatory matters that might prevent the vendor from fulfilling the obligations of the agreement.
