All questions must be submitted by August 28 2026, and bids are due electronically by September 4 2026. Budget estimate

$40,000 – $80,000

The bid tab lists ten units for each device type. Assuming an average unit cost of $5,000–$8,000 (including materials, labor, signage, and marking), the total contract value would likely fall between $40,000 and $80,000. The final amount will depend on the vendor’s unit pricing, any alternate bid selections, and optional accessories.
