The Office of Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) in New York City is seeking a sole‑source maintenance and repair contract for three Canon Aquilion Exceed Large Bore CT Scanners located at its forensic pathology centers in Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan. The contract covers preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, parts replacement, technical support, labor, and travel over a six‑year period. While OCME intends to award the contract to Canon Medical Systems USA Inc., other qualified vendors may submit an expression of interest via the PASSPORT portal. The total contract value is capped at $2,012,040.
