LIFT STATION 43 FORCE MAIN REHABILITATION

The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide construction administration and inspection services for the rehabilitation of Lift Station 43 Force Main. The project includes improvements and modifications to existing Ductile Iron Pipe force mains and work within the Broadway Valve Vault No. 3. The selected team will be responsible for inspecting the site, assisting the City in obtaining permits, providing oversight of project construction activities, and performing field inspections. • The project includes open cut pipe replacement, jack and bore realignment, and pipe modifications. • The team will be required to maintain all project records in electronic format and utilize the City's web-based project management database. • The team will be selected through a qualifications-based selection process, and the City expects to create a final list of at least one, but not more than three teams for this project.
