Description
The State of New Hampshire is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of liquid polymer for water and wastewater treatment. The successful vendor will be required to provide technical support, optimize polymer dosage, and provide certificates of analysis for each shipment. The contract term will be for two years, with the option to extend for an additional two years. The state estimates annual usage of the product, but this is not a guaranteed quantity. The successful vendor will be required to submit quarterly and annual usage reports.
• The vendor must provide pricing information and meet the required specifications.
• The vendor must provide technical support on-site within 48 hours of request at no extra cost.
• The vendor must optimize % solids under varying seasonal conditions.
• The vendor must provide a certificate of analysis for each shipment of polymer.
• The vendor must provide the most recent SDS sheet for the product with delivery.
• The typical order quantity is 4-6 totes with a minimum remaining shelf life of 6 months.
• The return of empty totes or drums is to be included in the delivered unit cost.
