Description
The Lake Shore Public Schools is seeking bids for the renovation, addition, athletic, and site work for the Violet Elementary Addition and District Wide Athletic Fields project. The project involves various bid categories, including selective demolition, interior concrete, masonry, structural steel, general trades, carpentry, metal wall panels, roofing, aluminum entrances, flooring, painting, fire suppression, mechanical, electrical, synthetic turf systems, sitework, athletic surfacing, and fencing and gates. Bidders are required to submit their proposals on the forms furnished by Barton Malow Builders via Building Connected. The successful bidder will be required to enter into an agreement with Lake Shore Public Schools and maintain its prequalification status with Barton Malow until the work is completed.
