Description
The Community College of Aurora (CCA) is seeking a qualified vendor to design, develop, and produce student recruitment materials, including brochures and other marketing assets. The project includes creative design, photography, layout, and printing. The final deliverables will support student recruitment for the 2026–2027 academic year and will be used across print and digital platforms. The vendor must have experience in higher education or public-sector marketing, capacity to provide design, photography, and print production, and ability to deliver print-ready materials meeting CCA branding and accessibility standards. The key responsibilities include designing recruitment brochures and marketing materials, conducting on-campus photoshoots or subcontracting professional photographers, incorporating existing CCA copy and student testimonials into design layouts, and providing full-service printing, finishing, and delivery to CCA.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable provisions of §§24-85-101, C.R.S., et seq., and the Accessibility Standards for Individuals with a Disability.
• The vendor must provide proof of Good Standing with the Colorado Secretary of State and an insurance certificate documenting coverage as required by the Contract or Purchase Order.
• The vendor must disclose any potential or actual conflict of interest in connection with a response to this solicitation.
• The vendor must submit documentation of certification issued through the U.S. Department of Veteran’s Affairs if they are a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
