Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking quotations for the production of 5 outdoor banners. The banners must be fade-resistant, printed with UV inks, and have a double-locked stitching on all four sides. The contractor will receive PDF and PO files upon award and must perform an extensive check of the furnished media and publishing files to assure correct output of the required reproduction image. The contractor must also submit one press-quality PDF soft proof for content only.
• The banners are for outdoor use and must be delivered to SGT Jacob Benton in Auburn, AL.
• The contractor must notify the ordering agency on the same day that the product ships/delivers via email.
• The contractor must be able to provide copies of all delivery, mailing, and shipping receipts upon agency request.
• The quality level for this project is 3, and the contractor must adhere to the specified standards and attributes.
• The contractor must make all four-color reproducibles as required and perform an extensive check of the furnished media and publishing files.
