Description
The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners is seeking pre-qualified vendors to provide promotional items, plaques, trophies, and memorial bricks/stones. The selected vendors will be placed on a pre-qualified list and may be contacted by the County to provide goods and services on a project-by-project basis. The vendors must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as industry and safety standards. The pre-qualified vendors will be required to provide catalogs to the County at no extra charge, establish a timeline with the designated County representative, and adhere to all terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements of the solicitation.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing promotional items that meet industry and safety standards
• Supplying plaques, trophies, and memorial bricks/stones that meet the County's specifications
• Complying with the County's Commercial Nondiscrimination Policy
• Maintaining all required certifications, licenses, and permits
• Cooperating with the County's auditing and inspection processes
