Description
The South Carolina Department of Transportation is issuing a statewide term contract for the procurement, installation, and warranty support of a broad family of truck bodies—including dump, platform, utility, and slope‑front dump bodies—along with optional hoist systems, lighting packages, tarps, and accessories. Vendors must supply fully fabricated bodies meeting detailed steel, welding, paint, and safety specifications, install them on Department‑provided chassis, assume full transportation liability, deliver pilot models for approval, and provide a 12‑month warranty and service literature. The contract is organized into four lots with specific quantities for each body type, and vendors will submit pricing via the SCEIS electronic portal.
