EXPRESSION OF INTEREST Gilbane Turner is soliciting for expression of interest for the Life Sciences Public Health Laboratory project for the below Bid Package. *Envelope - 3rd Party Testing Agency This is a brief scope of work includes but is not limited to: This contractor shall include the required off-site visits to visually inspect and/or otherwise as required by the project Participate in MEP coordination meetings as required Participate in Building Enclosure meetings as required Perform shop drawing and RFI review including but not limited to the contract documents and specifications as indicated above. Participate in the sub-contractor preparatory/pre-con meetings for all enclosure subcontractors Perform 6 manufacturer shop visits for each of the off-site Perform design peer review including but not limited to the following: architectural drawings, specifications, and all other contract documents.
