The Monroe County Intermediate School District (MCISD) is soliciting sealed proposals for the purchase, delivery, and installation of Rifton brand chairs and accessories for its Special Education Educational Center. Bidders must submit a complete proposal package—including a notarized familial relationship disclosure, Iran Economic Sanctions Act certification, and three references—by 1:00 PM on October 5, 2026. The contract will be awarded on a “best interest” basis; the winning vendor must deliver all furniture within 60 days of award, arrange for a lift truck (no dock/forklift on‑site), and provide unit pricing for each chair component.
