Description
The Internal Services Department of Los Angeles County is seeking bids for a Delinea software license renewal. The contract is for a brand-specific software, and the bidder must provide the exact software specified. The contract term is one year, from 2/2/2026 to 2/1/2027. The bidder must provide the software license, maintenance, and premium support. The county prefers to work with local small business enterprises and encourages bidders to subcontract portions of the work to responsible and qualified small businesses.

• The bidder must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, and directives.
• The bidder must indemnify and hold harmless the County from and against any and all liability, damages, costs, and expenses, including, but not limited to, defense costs and attorney fees, arising from or related to any violation on the part of the Vendor or its employees, agents, or subcontractors of any such laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, or directives.
