Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting bids for the replacement of five air handling units (AHUs) at the Atlanta VA Medical Center. The project includes the removal and replacement of the existing AHUs, as well as associated ductwork, piping, and controls. The contractor will be responsible for performing all necessary testing and commissioning of the new systems. The project is expected to take approximately 365 calendar days to complete.
• The project includes the replacement of five AHUs: 1A-AH02, BA-AH03, 1A-AH05, 4A-AH17, and A4-AH19.
• The contractor will be responsible for performing all necessary testing and commissioning of the new systems.

• The contractor must be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to be eligible for award.
