TAN AHU Replacement

The Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC (BEA) is seeking an Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified vendors to provide replacement services for the Air Handling Unit (AHU) at TAN-677. The scope of work may include removal and disposal of the existing HVAC and control system, installation of a new HVAC and control system, integration with existing ductwork, electrical, and control systems, compliance with DOE, ASHRAE, and applicable safety standards, and testing and commissioning to confirm proper functionality and performance. • The EOI is the first step in identifying interested and qualified vendors. • Selected vendors may be invited to participate in a Request for Proposal (RFP) process for award consideration. • The Davis-Bacon Act applies for contracts in excess of $2,000 for the construction, alteration, or repair of buildings or works at INL. • Construction work at the laboratory Site covered under the Davis-Bacon Act is subject to the INL Site Stabilization Agreement (SSA).
