The City of Wilmington is seeking a qualified design‑consultant firm to lead the full design process for the new Greenville Loop Road Park – a roughly 25‑acre municipal park adjacent to Bradley Creek Elementary School. The consultant will refine the project scope, schedule, and budget; conduct community outreach with three public meetings; develop conceptual, schematic, and construction‑document packages; coordinate permitting; and provide bid‑assistance and as‑built record drawings in partnership with a Construction‑Manager‑At‑Risk (CMAR) contractor. This is a qualifications‑only solicitation; fee is not a factor in award, and the consultant will work under a guaranteed‑maximum‑price CMAR delivery method.
