Structure Fire Hoods

The County of Kern is seeking to make an award in accordance with the attached bid requirements and specifications for structure fire hoods. Interested bidders shall review, print, and return completed specifications with bid response. The County is looking for vendors to supply new and unused Innotex Gray 25 Nano structure fire hoods for the Fire department. All quoted pricing must be stated in the Unit Cost section along with the total extended cost for each line item. • The County requires a total of 1400 structure fire hoods. • The hoods must meet new NFPA 1850 requirements, including blocking 90% of particles and meeting a total heat loss of 325 W/m2. • The hoods must be delivered to the department location. • Vendors must comply with all applicable County, state, and federal laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
