Description
The City of Woodstock, GA is seeking an experienced planning consultancy to revise and update its Comprehensive Plan for the next ten years. The selected firm will lead the project, conduct an innovative community‑engagement process, coordinate with city staff liaisons, and deliver a complete set of plan documents that meet Georgia Department of Community Affairs standards.
• Scope includes full plan update (vision, land‑use, transportation, housing, economic development, implementation strategies).
• Must design and run a high‑quality public engagement program (workshops, surveys, digital outreach).
• Provide technical writing, graphics, and final deliverables in both hard‑copy and electronic formats.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for city staff throughout the project lifecycle.
• Follow all city procurement, E‑Verify, and compliance requirements outlined in the RFP.
