Lead Disclosure Rule Publications

The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to produce 1440 saddle-stitched booklets for the Lead Disclosure Rule Publications. The booklets should be 20 pages, with a trim size of 11 x 8-1/2" folded to 5-1/2 x 8-1/2". The contractor must provide digital printing that meets Quality Level IV standards, with a minimum of 150-line screen and 1200 x 1200 dpi x 1 bit or 600 x 600 dpi x 4-bit depth technology. The contractor will receive the furnished material, including a purchase order, PDF for printing, and other necessary documents, via email after the award. The contractor must deliver the completed booklets to the specified address in Chicago, IL, by December 18, 2025. Some key requirements include: • Producing the booklets with black ink, no bleeds, and converting any 4-color process to black • Maintaining Quality Level IV standards for digital printing • Providing e-mailed proofs and press-quality PDF soft proofs for content only • Delivering the booklets with adequate packaging to prevent damage during shipment • Notifying the ordering agency on the same day that the product ships/delivers via email • Providing copies of all delivery, mailing, and shipping receipts upon agency request
