Description
The City of Baton Rouge and the Parish of East Baton Rouge are soliciting sealed bids for the design‑build construction of new sidewalks, ADA‑compliant ramps, bike paths, striping, signage, driveways, and brick walkways along Goodwood Boulevard (Airline Highway to Sharp Road). The scope includes demolition of existing curb and paving where necessary, installation of concrete pavements, curb & gutter, drainage improvements, and related site‑work. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder who meets the 5 % bid‑bond requirement and satisfies the parish’s EBE (Economically Disadvantaged Business Enterprise) goal of 14 % of the contract value.
