NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: One (1) Annual Subscription of Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Xplore Electronic Library Engineers (IEEE) Xplore electronic library subscription renewal, with four option years

The United States Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, the Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers Inc., for the renewal of an annual subscription to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. The subscription includes four optional annual subscriptions. The library provides access to a vast collection of technical literature in electrical engineering, electronics, and related fields. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing access to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library for a period of one year, with four option years to renew the annual subscription • Ensuring compatibility with existing systems and infrastructure • Meeting the proprietary technology requirements of the Government The ideal candidate should have experience in providing similar services and have the capability to meet the requirements of the Government.
