SVC-HERALDCTLEAK/0908 - Identify & Repair Leaks at the Herald Court Centre Parking Garage

The City of Punta Gorda is seeking a licensed and qualified contractor to inspect the Herald Court Centre Parking Garage, diagnose all active leak points, present a solution to the city, and repair all leaks. The contractor will be responsible for identifying and sealing any additional concrete structural breaches, joints, and/or penetrations within the parking garage deck system. The project includes repairing leaks, replacing expansion joint systems, and restoring striping impacted during the resealing work. • The project requires the contractor to have experience in parking garage repair and maintenance. • The contractor must be able to work within the given deadline and budget. • The contractor will be required to attend a mandatory site visit and provide a signed affidavit. • The contractor must comply with all city regulations and ordinances. • The contractor must provide a detailed proposal outlining their approach, methodology, and timeline for completing the project.
