Description
The Regional Compact Program Formulation Committee (RCFFC-MCC) is seeking a consultant to conduct studies on the cost of electricity utility services, electricity sales and transmission tariffs, and the impact of third-party grid access and the regional market (PIR 3). The selected consultant will be awarded a contract for a period of 32 weeks. The evaluation procedure will be based on the Quality Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method. Offerors may associate with other offerors to enhance their capacity to successfully carry out the assignment.
