Revenue Requirement Consultant

The New Hampshire Department of Energy is seeking a Revenue Requirement Consultant to provide utility technical consulting services. The consultant will review proposed revenue requirements and depreciation studies, prepare interrogatories and participate in discovery activities, and prepare direct and rebuttal testimony. The contract will be for a period of three years, with an option to extend for an additional three years. The consultant will work closely with the Department to provide services related to upcoming gas and electric distribution utility rate cases. • Review of proposed revenue requirements and depreciation studies • Preparation of interrogatories and participation in discovery activities • Preparation of direct and rebuttal testimony • Attendance at hearings for live testimony and cross-examination • Work closely with the Department to provide services related to upcoming gas and electric distribution utility rate cases
