Description
The City of Richmond’s Department of Public Utilities is seeking qualified general contractors to perform a filter upgrade at its Water Treatment Plant. The work includes replacing filter valves, structural repairs, demolition, electrical improvements, and related tasks as detailed in the Statement of Work. This contract is open for bidding until April 23 2026.
• Replace and upgrade filter valves across the plant
• Conduct structural repairs and necessary demolition
• Perform electrical system upgrades and associated improvements
• Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required for completion
• Follow all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
