High-Capacity Overhead Crane Systems

The Tobyhanna Army Depot is seeking information on commercially available high-capacity overhead crane systems. The crane systems should be capable of lifting and moving heavy loads within the facility, with a focus on efficiency, safety, and precision. The requirement includes design, selective demolition, electrical/mechanical installation, and structural support. The scope of work includes the installation of overhead cranes in two buildings, with varying capacities and dimensions. • The crane systems should have a minimum clear hook height of 18 ft and 25 ft for Building A and Building B, respectively. • The runway length and clear span for each building vary, with approximately 85 ft and 65 ft for Building A, and 144 ft and 30 ft for Building B. • The crane systems should have features such as overload protection, emergency stops, limit switches, and anti-collision technology. • The submission should include a brief capabilities statement package, company overview, points of contact, experience, references, and a tailored capability statement addressing the technical requirements.
