The Gwinnett County Public Library is seeking a qualified contractor to repair, sealcoat, and restripe the parking lot at its Duluth Branch, including reinstalling wheel stops and signage, and providing a one‑year warranty on workmanship. The work must not begin until the library’s Summer Reading Program concludes (July 31 2026) and must be completed by September 1 2026. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible lump‑sum quote.
• Asphalt crack‑filling, sealcoating (two coats on general areas, three on high‑traffic aisles) and restriping using premium traffic paint.
• Replacement of wheel stops, signs, and posts after sealcoat, with full site protection and daily cleanup.
• ADA‑compliant striping, including blue‑paint aisle markings, and a warranty of at least one year on labor and materials.
