Description
The State of New Hampshire is seeking a contractor to supply and install a patio and walkway at NH Hospital. The project includes site prep, base layer, patio surface, and wall construction. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment, and permits necessary to perform the services. The contract will be awarded to the vendor meeting the criteria established in the RFB and providing the lowest cost in total. The successful vendor will be required to warranty all services awarded for a period of not less than one year or the manufacturer's standard period of time, whichever is greater.
• Site prep: excavate approximately a 30-foot long 4-foot-wide straight walkway leading out to a 1,400 square foot area that must also be cleared to a depth of 10 inches.
• Base layer: lay and compact 8 inches of gravel & sand mixture for proper drainage and stability.
• Patio surface: installation of pavers that are 2 3/8” affordable, durable, and semi-decorative.
• Wall construction: excavate perimeter to a stable footing and spread and compact gravel ensuring stability to prevent settling or shifting of the retaining wall.
