Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide and maintain 25 light towers with built-in generators for a period of time. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, and services to perform the work. The light towers must be configured for towing, on wheels, with either pintle hook or ball & hitch attachment, and fueled by gasoline, JP-8, or ASTM D975 No-2 diesel fuel. The contractor must complete all mobilization activities within 72 hours of contract award and deliver the light towers to the designated place of performance by the contract start date.
• The contractor must provide a technical capability statement that demonstrates their ability to satisfy the contract requirements.
• The contractor must provide detailed narratives demonstrating their approach to each section of the Performance Work Statement.
• The contractor must provide a past performance list of references for contracts that demonstrate their ability to fulfill the requirement.
• The contractor must meet the minimum requirements of the solicitation and provide their best terms and conditions.
