The State of California, through its Department of General Services, is seeking a qualified Design‑Build Entity (DBE) to design and construct a new multi‑level parking garage (≈ 750 spaces) on O Street in Sacramento. The project will be delivered via a Progressive Design‑Build method, with a $750 k pre‑construction budget and a $38 M total design‑build contract, targeting LEED Silver certification and modern parking‑management systems. The DBE must meet strict California prevailing‑wage, bonding, insurance, and small‑business/DVBE participation requirements, and must attend a mandatory virtual briefing on August 10, 2026. The selection process includes a questionnaire, experience review, and a mandatory interview before a final award in late October 2026.
