Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, is seeking sources for an Accommodation Meter plusoptiX R09 (PowerRef 3) and accessories for the Surgical Department Mechanical Room. The device should meet specific technical specifications, including binocular dynamic measurement, 50 Hz real-time sampling, and non-contact operation. The device will be used for a VA-ORD-funded study on home-based treatment of binocular eye dysfunction in veterans with traumatic brain injury.
• The device should have a spherical range of +5.00 D to -7.00 D, with increments of 0.01 D.
• The device should have a pupil size range of 4.0-8.0 mm, with measurements in 0.1 mm steps and ±10% accuracy.
• The device should have a sampling rate of 50 Hz, with one measurement every 20 ms.
• The device should have a standard working distance of 1 m (± 5 cm).
