Description
The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) is seeking bids for the TPSG Station Portal Enhancement Project. The project involves the installation of IP-based video cameras, security equipment cabinets, and associated raceways and cabling at the MBTA Downtown Crossing, Park Street, and Broadway Stations. Bidders are required to submit a bid response including a bid cover letter, authorized signatory form, pre-award bidder evaluation form, pricing form, and proof of insurance. The procurement method is conducted pursuant to applicable state and federal laws, and prevailing wage applies. The award will be made to the lowest priced responsive bid and eligible bidder.
• The project requires the installation of security equipment and cameras at three MBTA stations.
• Bidders must have an active registration on COMMBUYS to participate in this RFP.
• The MBTA reserves the right to determine if a bid is lowest responsible and eligible bidder.
• Bidders must complete Form B: Pre-Award Bidder Evaluation Data Form.
• The MBTA may exclude from consideration any bidder whose response contains a material misrepresentation.
