Description
The City of Oshkosh is seeking proposals for comprehensive property management services for City Center, a large mixed-use commercial property in downtown Oshkosh. The selected firm will be responsible for delivering professional, responsive, and proactive management of the property, including lease administration, maintenance and repairs, janitorial services, vendor management, and emergency response. The firm will also be expected to provide monthly financial and operations reporting, and to maintain a safe and attractive environment for tenants and visitors.
