This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to fully reconstruct the Jeff Herman Ballfield in Flushing Meadows‑Corona Park, Brooklyn. The work covers demolition of existing asphalt, installation of a synthetic‑turf playing surface, reconstruction of handball and basketball courts, extensive site grading and drainage improvements, utility upgrades, tree‑protection measures, lighting, fencing, benches, signage, and associated civil‑engineering tasks. The contract will be awarded to the most responsive and responsible bidder submitting a sealed bid via PASSPort by the deadline of September 21 2026.
