The Harry S. Truman Veterans Affairs Medical Center is seeking to purchase Ice Makers & Medical Grade Ref./Freezers Brand Name or Equal. The solicitation is set-aside for Small Business, and the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 333415. The contractor will be required to provide quotations for the following items: Ice Machine, Dispenser, Nugget, Countertop, Freezer, Laboratory, 1 Door, Freezer, Medical Grade, Undercounter, Refrigerator/Freezer, Biological, Upright, 18 Cu Ft, Refrigerator, Biological, Upright, 20 Cu Ft, Refrigerator, U/C or F/S, 2.5 Cu Ft, Right Hinged, and Refrigerator, Lab, SS, 2 Door, 6 Shelves.
• The contractor must provide specifications, cut sheets, or brochures confirming the equal products meet or exceed the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristic specified in the solicitation.
• The contractor must complete the provision if required by FAR Part 25, Provision FAR 52.225-2 Buy American Certificate.
• The contractor must provide the price, including delivery lead time.
• The contractor must be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed medical supplies, medical equipment, and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment.
• The contractor must provide a statement regarding the terms and conditions in the solicitation.
