Production, Printing, and Distribution of the Crimson Sky newspaper for Korea

The 7th Air Force Public Affairs (7 AF/PA) is seeking a contractor to produce, print, and distribute the Crimson Sky newspaper in Korea. The newspaper is a "NO-COST Government Publication" that operates under the Civilian Enterprise (CE) structure, with all expenses borne by the contractor through advertising revenue. The contractor will be responsible for all technical and operational processes, including file preparation, production workflow, quality assurance, and distribution, while adhering to schedules and guidance established by 7 AF/PA. The contractor must ensure that all content is approved by 7 AF/PA and complies with Public Affairs policies and security requirements. The newspaper will be published on a bi-weekly basis, and the contractor must maintain continuity of operations even during emergencies.
