Sardinia Dr Lift Station #32 Emergency Generator Project

The City of Eustis is seeking a contractor to install a new propane‑powered 80 kW emergency generator and associated automatic transfer switch at Lift Station 32, including all necessary civil, electrical, and mechanical work. The scope covers concrete pad construction, propane tank installation, conduit routing, system integration, demolition of existing equipment, and coordination with existing control systems. This project requires close coordination, demolition, and precise installation to ensure continuous lift‑station operation during power outages. • Install concrete pads for generator and propane tank, and a new 1,000‑gallon propane tank with vaporizer. • Provide a new 80 kW propane‑powered generator, automatic transfer switch, and full electrical/conduit work (underground and exposed). • Demolish existing electrical connections, conduit, and any related equipment as shown on the drawings. • Integrate generator run signal with existing Citek control system and provide all required appurtenances. • Conduct coordination, site inspections, and ensure all work meets municipal specifications.
