Invitation to Bid - GMP #5 Redevelopment of Pimlico Racing Facility

The Maryland Stadium Authority is inviting bids for the redevelopment of the Pimlico Racing Facility. The project includes various packages such as concrete footings, masonry, miscellaneous metals, rough carpentry, and more. A pre-bid site visit and information session will be held on October 8, 2025. Bidders must prequalify online at TradeTapp before submitting a bid.
