Solicitation notice for Cell phone services

The U.S. Embassy in Pristina, Kosovo is seeking a contractor to provide mobile telephone services for a period of one year with two optional years for renewal. The contractor will provide cell phone packages, international calls, international roaming, wireless application protocol, SMS messaging, voice mail, and customer service. The contractor must ensure that the connection through its network is of the highest quality possible and shall be uninterrupted, clear, and with no static. The contractor must also provide a fully functional SIM card, telephone number, and appropriate security codes for all existing Government cellphones. • The contract will be for a one-year period with two optional years for renewal. • The contractor must provide complete mobile telephone services for the U.S. Embassy in Pristina. • The contractor must ensure that the connection through its network is of the highest quality possible. • The contractor must provide a fully functional SIM card, telephone number, and appropriate security codes for all existing Government cellphones. • The contractor must provide customer service and support for the Embassy staff. • The contractor must provide detailed billing and invoices for the services provided.
