Description
The Maine Army National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide recruiting promotional items. The contractor will be required to provide a variety of items, including t-shirts, sweatshirts, and backpacks, with custom graphics and logos. The contractor must also provide a total compensation plan for employees working on the contract. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, based on technical, price, and past performance factors.
• The contractor must provide a cover letter with their quote, including their CAGE code, Unique Entity Identification (UEI), and Tax Identification Number (TIN).
• The contractor must also provide a technical approach and past performance information.
• The Government will evaluate the quotes based on technical, price, and past performance factors.
• The contract will be for a period of 150 days, with the option for multiple deliveries.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor and employment.
