Roads, Trails, and Infrastructure Repairs at Lake Red Rock, Saylorville Lake, and Coralville Lake, Iowa- Sources Sought for Potential Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, is seeking businesses that have the capabilities to support construction requirements for road, trail, and infrastructure repairs at Lake Red Rock, Coralville Lake, and Saylorville Lake in Iowa. The work includes removal of existing aggregate base, preparation of existing aggregate base, compacted aggregate base, asphalt pavement patching, and other related tasks. Companies interested in participating in a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) or Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) must provide capability statements and past performance information. • The scope of work includes road, trail, and infrastructure repairs at three locations in Iowa. • The work includes a variety of tasks such as asphalt pavement patching, compacted aggregate base, and concrete curb and gutter demolition and removal. • Companies must provide capability statements and past performance information to be considered. • The Government welcomes industry input on the best way to support this critical requirement.
