Description
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide furnished hotel or motel rooms for veterans at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center. The contract will cover an average of 1‑15+ rooms per night within a six‑mile radius of the medical center in Mountain Home, TN. The contractor may act as a prime and subcontract to a qualified hotel, but must retain full responsibility for performance, compliance, and invoicing. All rooms must be ADA‑accessible or meet accessibility requirements, and the contract requires a signed letter of commitment from each proposed property. Pricing will be based on actual rooms used, with no charge for unused reservations released by the specified cutoff time.
