Description
The State of Hawaii Department of Health seeks a contractor to provide a two‑year subscription to the Hawaii Health Information Exchange (HHIE) for up to 70 authorized users. The contractor will supply, install, maintain, and support the SAAS solution, ensuring secure access, user onboarding, training, and ongoing technical assistance. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028 and includes all fees, taxes, and required compliance with state health‑data security standards.
• Provide HHIE access for 70 users for a continuous two‑year period.
