Description
The Department of Water Resources is seeking a contractor to provide building maintenance services at the DWR Bryte Soils Lab and Concrete Buildings. The contractor will be responsible for providing commercial building maintenance and construction services on a full-time commercial basis. The contract is expected to last for 3 years. The contractor must comply with the State's General Terms and Conditions and Contractor Certification Clauses. The contractor must also meet the requirements of the Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) Program participation, which is a minimum of 3% commitment.
