Budget estimate

$50,000 – $200,000

The budget for this opportunity is estimated to be between $50,000 and $200,000. This estimate is based on the requirement to provide space, equipment, and meals for up to 150 participants for a one-day conference. The cost of renting a conference center, providing catering services, and audio/visual equipment will likely be the main factors influencing the budget amount. Additionally, the cost of accommodations and travel for attendees may also be included in the contract. The Maryland Department of Health's budget for the conference and the number of bidders participating in the process may also impact the final budget amount.
