Description
The City of Philadelphia is seeking bids for the supply of baled straw and excelsior bales. The bales will be used for fire and rescue controlled burn training. The City requires 60 excelsior bales, and the vendor must quote all items in order to be eligible for the award. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The bales must be all natural wood and 100% biodegradable.
• The vendor must submit a signed Consent and Authorization Agreement prior to the bid closing.
• The City encourages vendors to submit the Agreement by attaching it to their vendor profile at the time of registration.

• The required quote attachments include the Consent and Authorization Agreement.
• The vendor must designate a Seller Administrator to manage their account and provide any required information.
