RFQ- Middle Fork Water & Sewer System Water System Plan Update

The Lewis County Public Works is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consulting firms to prepare an updated Water System Plan (WSP) for the Middle Fork Water & Sewer System (MFWS). The WSP will guide operations, capital improvements, and financial planning over the next 10–20 years. The objectives of this project are to develop a DOH-compliant WSP, establish 6-and 20-year planning horizons, document system conditions, and support future funding applications. The scope of work includes project management, data collection, planning document development, mapping and GIS, hydraulic analysis, and capital and financial planning. • The WSP will be prepared in accordance with Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 246-290-100 and all applicable Department of Health (DOH) requirements. • The project is funded by Lewis County .09 (‘Distressed Counties’) Grant funds. • The final contract amount will be negotiated with the selected firm. • The County expects the project to be completed within 12-18 months of the Notice to Proceed.
