Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 6, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Sole-Source contract to Virginia Commonwealth University Health System Authority (VCU/HLA) for laboratory testing for heart transplant patients. The Richmond Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) requires these tests, and VCU/HLA is already providing similar tests for renal transplant patients. The contract will be for an 8-month period, and the effective date is expected to be on or about January 23, 2026.
